If someone is violating a bylaw and you wish to submit a complaint, please complete the form below and return it to the Village administration office. Unfortunately, Village staff do not respond to anonymous complaints.
Rest assured, all information that you submit to the Village of Marwayne will remain confidential and will only be shared in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Village personnel, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and our Bylaw Enforcement officer. The Village of Marwayne will never disclose your information to the person you are submitting your complaint about.
Enforcement
The Village of Marwayne has retained the services of Michael Niesen as our Bylaw Enforcement Officer. Michael comes to us with a wealth of experience and an extensive background in law enforcement. Michael will be actively patrolling the Village of Marwayne as a means of ensuring that our residents are complying with our municipal bylaws and will also respond to complaints and concerns submitted by residents.
