Alberta Community Partnership (ACP) Grant Recipient

The Village of Marwayne, in partnership with the County of Vermilion River, has been awarded $180,000 in grant funding under the Alberta Community Partnership Grant Program to develop an Area Structure Plan.

The objective of the Alberta Community Partnership (ACP) is to improve the viability and long-term sustainability of municipalities.

Key program outcomes include:

• new or enhanced regional municipal services;
• improved municipal capacity to respond to priorities; and
• effective intermunicipal relations.
